Pros +
- Lovely rooms and nice staff who are good with English. Book early!
- Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. We got an upgrade to a room with a bigger bed, and it was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
- Room is designed according to minimalism. Some room is having Google Chromecast.Cable set top box offers wide variety of the channels.Water bottles are complimentary.
Cons -
- Extremely difficult to communicate with hotel from over seas. We arrived more than 24 hrs late due to flight cancellations and trying to communicate by phone was very difficult
- This is an odd one but the toilet flushes very loudly - this doesn't really impact the quality of your stay but makes night time excursions a lot less quiet.
- Safe password was changed unexpected without my consent after housekeeping service.Sometimes I smell stinky odor from ventilation above at the restroom.Wired internet is not supported.Hotel guidebook is not up to date.Body lotion is not complimentary.Decaffeinated coffee or tea is not provided.
